Cold rolling is a metal processing process in which a 304 stainless steel slab is passed through a series of rollers at room temperature. Thickness: The thickness of cold-rolled 304 stainless steel coils is generally ≤6mm. Thinner coils are usually used in the automotive, electronics and electrical industries, while thicker coils are used in construction and structural projects.
Widths: Cold rolled 304 stainless steel coils are available in a variety of widths to suit different manufacturing processes and end uses. The maximum width we produce is ≤2500mm

No.1 Surface Treatment:
The surface is polished using abrasive belts ranging from #100 to #200. It possesses a good level of brightness and exhibits discontinuous rough lines. It finds applications as interior and exterior decorative parts in buildings, electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, and more.
2B Surface Treatment:
Compared to 2D surface treatment, 2B offers better surface brightness and smoothness. Special surface treatments are employed to enhance its mechanical properties. As a result, 2B can nearly fulfill various purposes.
BA Surface Treatment:
BA involves cold rolling, followed by bright annealing and smoothing processes. This treatment produces products with excellent brightness and high reflectivity, making them suitable for applications like mirrors, kitchen utensils, decorations, and others.
No. 4 Surface Treatment:
No. 4 surface treatment employs an abrasive belt with a grit size between #150 and #180 for polishing. The resulting surface exhibits improved brightness and discontinuous rough lines, albeit finer than No. 3 treatment. It is commonly used for bathtubs, interior and exterior decorations of buildings, electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, food processing equipment, and similar applications.
HL Surface Treatment:
HL treatment involves polishing the No. 4 surface with an abrasive belt ranging from #150 to #320, creating continuous stripes. It is primarily utilized in architectural decoration, such as elevators, building doors, door panels, and other similar applications.
