Product Description
The listed stainless steel grades, including AISI 304/304L, 316/316L, 316Ti, 317L, 321, 309S, 310S, 347/347H, 630/17-4PH, 904L, 201, 430, 420, 409, 443, 439, and 436, as well as duplex grades 2205 and 2507, offer high corrosion resistance primarily due to the addition of chromium. Chromium prevents complete oxidation of the material, resulting in exceptional resistance to corrosion. Consequently, these pipes can endure challenging conditions characterized by high humidity and constant exposure to liquids.
Compared to regular pipes, stainless steel pipes maintain their integrity over time, as they resist oxidation. Their estimated service life ranges from 20 to 100 years, depending on the environmental conditions. This durability makes stainless steel pipes an excellent choice for various applications where longevity and corrosion resistance are paramount.
In addition to stainless steel grades, other corrosion-resistant materials like Inconel (600, 601, 625, 718), Incoloy (800/800H, 825), C-276, 253MA, 254SMO, and Monel 400 are also utilized in demanding environments where exceptional resistance to corrosion is required.

Our standard tolerance for custom cuts is +/- 0.2mm. However, if you require a tighter tolerance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
