Product Description
The 1219mm wide 304 stainless steel plate is made of 304 stainless steel coil, which is made through shearing, bending, drawing and other processes.
Compared with cold-rolled plates, 304 stainless steel hot-rolled plates have lower strength, oxidation or low finish on the surface, but good plasticity. They are generally medium-thick plates with relatively large plate widths. The raw materials for 304 stainless steel hot-rolled coils are mainly continuous casting billets, and the processing is mainly carried out through roughing and finishing mills to obtain finished strip steel products. The processed hot-rolled coils are gradually cooled to the set temperature through laminar flow, and finally the coiling of the steel strip is completed by the coiler. After cooling, the stainless steel strip coils are subjected to different finishing lines such as horizontal and vertical cutting, straightening or packaging inspection to meet the different needs of users. Hot-rolled steel plate products are easy to process and form due to their high strength and toughness, and good weldability.
The 304 stainless steel sheet with a width of 1219mm is a stainless steel plate produced through a cold rolling process. It is a steel plate that is further thinned to the target thickness by further rolling the No. 1SS 304 steel plate under room temperature conditions. Compared with hot-rolled 304 steel plate, cold-rolled SS 304 steel plate has a more accurate thickness, smooth and beautiful surface, and also has various superior mechanical properties, especially in terms of processing performance, because the cold-rolled SS 304 original coil is relatively brittle and hard, and does not It is very suitable for processing, so usually cold-rolled SS 304 sheets require annealing, pickling and surface smoothing before they can be delivered to customers.
